Nite Owl is a handy alarm clock that suggests your ideal bed and wake up times based on REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleeping phases so you won't have a bad night's sleep.
The application sets a reminder notification 15 minutes before your scheduled bed time to keep you mindful of getting a restful sleep. When you're ready, simply swipe the notification or open-up the app and turn the phone upside down and fall asleep, the phone will alert you when it's time to wake up.
